BIO  CHRISTINA  ROSENTHAL

A Southern California artist, Christina Rosenthal brings a wide range of skills to her abstract paintings from years of doing commissioned work for many Hollywood entertainment industry luminaries. Having studied at Otis College of Art, the aesthetic strategies she uses in her work are also the result of her world travels. Being immersed in the art and culture of other countries has contributed to her world view and has enriched her art.  Although her paintings are primarily acrylic and oil on canvas, she incorporates a variety of materials and applications. Working quickly, her paintings are imbued with a spontaneous exuberance.
