WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING COSTS?

All wrapped Canvas Paintings are carefully packed in sturdy double layered cardboard boxes. All Large unmatted Prints are carefully packed, rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard shipping tubes. All Small Prints up to 12x12" are carefuly packed in sturdy and protective thick cardboard mailers. Once you place the order it will be processed and shipped within 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and expected delivery date. Please leave a real street address and not a PO Box address, as we ship with USPS and FedEx and they do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Please also be sure to leave us a local phone number required for a better shipping experience.  Thank you! 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We would like you to be our happy and satisfied customer!

We give FULL REFUND:
If your piece gets lost or damaged, we offer a replacement or full refund, pending an insurance claim.
In case of damage, we require it is filed immediately upon same day of arrival. It is compulsory to take photos on the same day of arrival, of the package and the damaged painting, notify us and the shipping company (USPS OR FedEx) via Email in order to file the case properly. If damage report is not filed as described above we will not consider it a damaged case.
If you are unhappy with your piece we will offer a refund up to 7 days after receipt, on the condition that the piece is returned undamaged, and with registered tracking code. The buyer has 7 days, including day of arrival to notify us by email. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance. There is a 30% restocking fee applied. Should the buyer wish to receive a house credit and apply to equal or greater purschase 30% stocking fee will be not apply.
Any returning shipping costs such as Customs, duty, VAT, additional Fees or Custom Fines are paid by the buyer. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us. If the package is lost during return process we will not refund. Insurance claim applies. Signature required for returns.

We do not refund the following:
Custom orders and made to order works, as they are specially made.
-Three equal progressive payments to prior to shipment. 
Be sure to follow the tracking of your package through your local tracking postal service once we give you the International Tracking ID.

All paintings and prints are original and hand signed on the back by the artist Christina Rosenthal.

All work is protected under copyright, including reproduction rights. Please note that sale of artwork does not transfer copyright. Artists retain all copyright privileges and protections. That means you can own the actual artwork but not the copyrighted image. Artwork may not be cut and pasted, published, copied, or reproduced in any way without written permission of the artists.

CUSTOM ORDERS - COMMISSIONED ART?

We are happy to do custom orders, please contact us if you have any special request.
A custom - commissioned painting is not a reproduction of the any original. It is a original one of a kind new painting. This means that any new painting will always be slightly different in shapes and hues, never identical, especially for Abstract Expressionist Art. Every painting is always one of a kind. 
Processing time for custom orders is normally 4-8 weeks.
